The Bible in Turoyo (Surayt), prepared by Malfono Abdul-Massih Saadi at the Monastery of Mor Gabriel and published by Aramaic Bible Translation, is now available in Qadishapp – both as a separate Bible page and as calendar Bible readings.
The calendar readings can be an especially useful tool for deacons preparing to read the Epistle readings during the Divine Liturgy.
This Bible is a Turoyo (Surayt) translation based on the Peshitta, the standard Bible text used in the Syriac Christian tradition. It currently includes eight books of the Old Testament and the entire New Testament.
